Casa Donoso in Luxury Wines Fair 2014
On December 4th, was held in the gardens of Grand Hyatt Santiago the 7th version of Luxury Wines Fair.
On this occasion, attended only 72 Chilean wineries, chosen by journalist and wine critic Patricio Tapia, who is known for being in charge of tasting wines that are published in the Descorchados guide. From the tasting for the 2015 edition of this guide, he chose the best producers to be present at the fair.
Viña Casa Donoso presented its wines of superior lines: 1810, a Super Premium blend made with Cabernet Sauvignon and Carmenere; Perla Negra and D, both blends of Cabernet Sauvignon, Carmenere, Malbec and Cabernet Franc, in different proportions.
This year also was present gastronomy, with a spectacular array of cheeses, meats and sweet preparations from Chile and the world, which was led by Executive Chef of Grand Hyatt, Yvan Didelot.
