Within connoted traditional lines of Casa Donoso, comes “Evolution,” which highlights features of the new world, the typical characteristics of vines and the nobility of our land, to which add a subtle aging in barrels. This seeks to give an example of cheerful and young, which can captivate both fans of traditional and avant-garde wines.

Tasting Notes

Of greenish yellow color, its aromas recall citrics, like lime and grapefruit, together with fresh and delicate notes of recently cut grass. In the mouth, it results young, of an aromatic aftertaste and balanced acidity.

100% Sauvignon Blanc.

Harvest

Manually picked between March 11 and 15, 2011.

Matching

An excellent accompaniment to all kinds of seafood and some goat and sheep cheeses. It is also recommended as an aperitif.
