Within connoted traditional lines of Casa Donoso, comes “Evolution,” which highlights features of the new world, the typical characteristics of vines and the nobility of our land, to which add a subtle aging in barrels. This seeks to give an example of cheerful and young, which can captivate both fans of traditional and avant-garde wines.

Tasting Notes

Wine of a red ruby color. Its aromas present delicate notes of cherry, blackberry marmalade and dried plums. In the mouth, its tannins are soft and friendly, with a great finish.

Variety

85% Merlot and 15% Carménère.

Harvest

Only hand-picked grapes, between March 25 to April 15, 2010.

Matching

Ideal to accompany white meats, pasta and Mantecoso cheese.
