Within connoted traditional lines of Casa Donoso, comes “Evolution,” which highlights features of the new world, the typical characteristics of vines and the nobility of our land, to which add a subtle aging in barrels. This seeks to give an example of cheerful and young, which can captivate both fans of traditional and avant-garde wines.

Tasting Notes

This Chardonnay has a beautiful and fine straw-colored yellow color. Its aroma evokes bananas, honey and suggestive notes of pineapple and mango. In mouth, it presents a great finish.

Variety

100% Chardonnay. This variety is grown on sandy clay loam.

Harvest

Only hand-picked grapes, between March 16 and 30, 2010.

Matching

An excellent accompaniment to seafood dishes and a large variety of cheeses, it also serves as an aperitif.
