Within connoted traditional lines of Casa Donoso, comes “Evolution,” which highlights features of the new world, the typical characteristics of vines and the nobility of our land, to which add a subtle aging in barrels. This seeks to give an example of cheerful and young, which can captivate both fans of traditional and avant-garde wines.

Tasting Notes

This Carménère has an intense red ruby color. Its bouquet evokes cherry and blackberries, as well as spices. In the mouth, its friendly tannins, together with its herbaceous character, stand out.

Variety

85% Carménère, 10% Cabernet Sauvignon, y 5% Cabernet Franc.

Harvest

Only hand-picked grapes, between May 2 and 14, 2010.

Matching

This wine is a great accompaniment to spicy dishes, pasta and lean meats.
